Our Costing & Capacity Management team joins HFMA 2021

We will be attending the HFMA conference in London, with our Costing and Capacity Management team, where we will support our clients (70+NHS trusts) in using their scarce resources wisely and being in financial control, living up to this year’s theme ‘Reimagining the future’.

The 2022 HFMA president’s theme encourages us to continue to reimagine the future, to remove the constraints of what we think is possible, and deliver a future for the NHS that provides a sustainable and effective health service for generations to come. It is important to build on the positives of our pre-Covid experience and learn the lessons of the pandemic, but work towards a future where care is accessible to all, scarce resources are used wisely and to best effect, and where our workforce is supported to be the best that it can be.
