Nils Schreiber
Nils Schreiber is a certified OR manager with a degree in Health Care Management (FH) and a specialist in key performance indicator and process analysis as well as personnel management.
He has many years of practical experience in the healthcare industry. At the beginning of his professional career, Nils Schreiber worked as a specialist and health nurse, as well as Chief Clinical Perfusionist (EBCP) in the operating room. Before moving to LOGEX, he worked as an operating room coordinator in a specialist care hospital and as an operating room manager in a private clinic organization with maximum care and a municipal specialist care clinic.

Janine Merl
Janine Merl is a nursing service manager according to DKG guidelines, a specialist in social and health services and an operating room manager (IHK).
She brings to LOGEX over ten years of experience as a health and nursing assistant in the operating room, seven years in management of the functional service in the operating room and three years in operating room management and coordination at a university hospital in Baden-Württemberg. Her professional focus includes planning and logistical operating room coordination, taking on project management for everything related to the operating room, personnel management and the analysis and optimization of processes in the operating room and hospital area.

Stina Waschke
As an IHK-certified OR manager and surgical assistant, Stina Waschke has extensive experience in OR management.
She used her specialist knowledge in a clinic in Rhineland-Palatinate, where she was responsible for the staff in functional services, coordination, controlling and reporting in a cluster. She specialises in personnel planning, operating room process control and patient care. In addition, she is acquiring new and advanced knowledge part-time through a business studies degree.

What is OP-MaaS®?
With OP-MaaS® we support hospitals as an external service provider in operating room management. The service ranges from help with the interpretation of data and key figures of the operating room processes to compact analyses of the intra- and perioperative processes to the basic implementation of a functioning operating room management.
