Our experts will accompany you throughout the entire implementation process. To start with, the basic and structural information is entered once in OPTEAMIZER ^® . This also includes capacity distribution and target times. The OP data must then be uploaded from the KIS directly into OPTEAMIZER ^® in order to retrieve the evaluations. As soon as evaluations are available, we will start training you and setting up the reporting system directly in the tool. The implementation phase only ends when you are fully familiar with OPTEAMIZER ^® and are confident in using it.

• What are the target times for the specialist departments? – P2 – Patient arrival in the operating room – A7 – Anaesthesia clearance – P5 – Patient in the operating room – O8 – Section 
• The surgical data from the KIS (every KIS provider offers Excel/CSV exports for the necessary data) 

Our OPTEAMIZER ^® experts are always happy to provide you with advice and support if you have any questions or need help with the setup. This generates initial indications of potential for improvement. Target processes for care can be described. You receive a valid data basis thanks to a large number of participants. You recognize your own strengths by comparing them with other hospitals. The OPTEAMIZER serves all employees involved in the process as a communication basis for management decisions. With the OPTEAMIZER you receive the right instrument to maximize the quality of patient care, the efficiency of the processes and employee satisfaction. 

OPTEAMIZER is cloud software. This means that you have access to your evaluations and capacity planning at any time and from any location via a secure internet connection. 

The surgical data for the evaluations come directly from your HIS. 

The data is automatically transferred to our system via a secure interface. The prerequisite for this is that your KIS provider can access our API. Alternatively, the data can also be uploaded directly to OPTEAMIZER via an Excel export. This would also be an option in the initial phase, while the automatic data transfer is still being set up in parallel.

The effort required to provide the data is very minimal. The time required for a manual upload is a maximum of 3 minutes per upload.

No health data needs to be transferred to the OPTEAMIZER in plain text. For the full scope of evaluation, you transfer pseudonymized information about your surgical processes to the OPTEAMIZER via a secure connection.
