Your Responsibilities as B2B MarCom manager for DACH region
- Content Creation: Craft compelling marketing materials including client stories, blogs, whitepapers, social media posts, videos, and podcasts for owned and paid media channels ensuring that it is tailored to target audiences and localized for the DACH region
- Social Media: Manage and grow our social media presence in DACH with engaging content that increases follower count and boosts interaction.
- Email Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and support sales efforts.
- Events: own and manage offline and online events, trade fairs, webinars etc. setting clear targets, measuring results to improve outcomes of future events
- Website: Create high-quality, customer-focused content for our websites in the DACH region that addresses each stage of the buyer’s journey, put it in website templates and have it published
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with the digital marketing manager to create and implement demand-generating campaigns, supporting both account-based and inbound marketing strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, to continuously improve outcomes.

Your profile
- Holds a master’s degree in marketing communication or a related field.

Multiple years of experience as a data engineer or data oriented developer.
Strong experience with Python and solid knowledge of Spark (PySpark).
Applied knowledge of Data LakeHouse technologies (Delta Lake/Hudi/Iceberg)
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL
Working experience with Cloud environments as GCP, Azure or AWS and with containerized deployments (Docker/K8S, BB pipelines)

Project examples: 1) setting up new clinical registries or adding new insights to our clinical registries in close collaboration with clinical boards of medical professionals, 2) projects to improve our services e.g. by adding new features, analytics or ways of delivering the data, and 3) advising our client counterpart on the status and future needs of their registry.
Our clients are medical professionals – most of the time MD’s. They very well know what they need to analyze in order to improve health care, but not how. The Project Manager thinks along to scope projects according to the needs of the clients. You will be part of a young and ambitious team of project managers, and working closely with other project managers, analysts, product owners and developers. They all share the mission of helping hospitals to improve the healthcare delivered to their patients, by creating analytical models that offer actionable insights.

- You have 5+ years of relevant working experience: e.g. (healthcare) project management, change, management or strategy consulting, worked as a Medical Doctor while having project management experience on side projects;
- You have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, ideally within the medical or Life Sciences space, e.g. (technical) Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, MPA) or a Msc degree from a technical university with clear affinity with healthcare;
- You speak and write Dutch and English fluently;
- Experience with working with many different stakeholders, is a plus;
