As a result of expansion in Europe we are seeking experienced BDMs to take LOGEX to the next stage within the UK, Germany/Austria/Switzerland, Sweden and/or Benelux/Netherlands.

This role will be both a new business and account management role, working closely with both consultants in established clients and actively seeking out new business opportunities.

Our Financial Analytics solution is a leading-edge SaaS platform, and it is expected that the successful candidate will have both SaaS and Healthcare sales experience that will be needed to position our products and services.

• 5-8 years’ experience in Healthcare or Analytics Sales with Digital solutions selling and/or SaaS experience
• Understanding of Public Sector Software procurement processes and how to navigate tender frameworks
• Established network within the Healthcare sector, i.e. to Hospitals, HC providers, Government organisations, Pharma companies or alike
• Solid Track record of success in value selling
• C suite understanding of the sector and the strategic drivers within the industry
• Ability to form strategic partnerships and manage client journeys through a contract
• Excellent IT user skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce

The Customer Success Executive at LOGEX plays a pivotal role within the Customer Office, overseeing client onboarding, implementation, support, and renewals. As a Data engineer, you will take part in building and improving our data platform. This includes:

• Be part of our data engineering and software engineering team.

• Integrating multiple products & tools, mainly focusing on the data validation and storage.

• Build and maintain products to process sensitive healthcare data, automatically and on a high frequency.

• Standardize healthcare data storage, using international standards and state-of-the-art technology.

The Data Quality team, focus on the validation of the patient & hospital data in various stages and their efficient storage. We are cross-platform team formed from FE developer (Angular, TS), BE developers (C# .net, python), Data engineers (Python, Spark…), Product owners and Analyst.
DQ team belong to the Group Data and Analytics, which provides cutting-edge data and analytics tools that are utilized by our teams across eight countries.

At Customer Support Operations, we ensure that users use our solutions successfully. The Support Operations team is the first line of contact with our customers (doctors, nurses, hospital IT and facilities staff, patients, etc.) who have questions about our solutions they are using.

As a Junior Customer Support Analyst you also have these responsibilities:

• Leveraging a basic understanding of the wide range of LOGEX products and services, to directly answer to user questions
• Probing user questions and getting full clarity on what is needed, in order to get to first time right and complete answers
• Leveraging a solid understanding of internal processes, to be able to connect or direct customer questions to the right people and to chase for timely resolution
• Establish and maintain a robust knowledge base for internal and external use
• Manage the self-service portal, user management and product configuration
• Troubleshoot issues using internal tooling’s
• Investigate and diagnose technical problems
• Recognizing recurring user questions/experiences, and communicating these to team lead and/or product teams
• Document all client interactions in ticketing system
• Following company procedures.

You will be part of a central support team within LOGEX supporting multiple products and countries. We are helping clinicians, healthcare providers, regulators, researchers, and life science companies across Europe to use our products and services to achieve their goals.

• We are looking for around 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. technical support, customer support)
• Preferably you are at the office 2/3 of the time
• Technically savvy, great interest in software
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with others
• Result-oriented, customer-oriented, with a structured way of working and a pragmatic ‘can-do’ mentality
• Analytical and customer-oriented work experience, preferably with a link to healthcare
• You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English

As Medical lead, you are keen to provide medical perspective and knowledge in the field of real world evidence and ‘big data’ challenges in healthcare. You want to have an impact on appropriate drug use within healthcare institutions, effectiveness of treatments and other research topics of pharmaceutical companies.
Your role, as part of the team, focuses on providing a medical perspective and pharmaceutical knowledge into our products and analytics to our customers. Researching “patient pathways” (from a medical/clinical perspective) with the goal of delivering effective care or understanding the effect of drugs in clinical practice could be an important part of your activities. You will, for example, help to set up real world evidence-based research programmes on an international level. Also building relationships with medical leads of pharmaceutical companies and key opinion leaders is an important aspect of your responsibilities. Your role, as part of the team, is to provide our clients with answers to research questions, like

● Which patient populations are eligible for the new drugs? How do these impact financial budgets?
● How are drugs used in the real world? What is the uptake of newly introduced medicine?
● What are the real world clinical and patient outcomes? How do they compare to the trial results?

You will be part of an International and ambitious team of commercial leads, associates, analysts, and developers that share the mission of creating innovative analytical models that help our customers gain actionable insights into the complexity of their data.

• MD degree; or Diploma in pharmaceutical medicine;
• PhD degree within the field of real-world evidence on medicines is a plus;
• Experience in interaction with health authorities;
• 3-6 years’ working experience within a medical affairs or real world evidence role in Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry or medical sector;
• Experience in writing study protocols and statistical analytical plans
• Knowledge and understanding of disease areas where new medicines have big impact (like lung cancer, breast cancer etc.);
• Demonstrated strategic approach to setting up research programs on disease areas / treatments, is a plus;

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager, who is eager to manage several different projects with the aim to improve healthcare. As a Junior Project Manager, you will set up the project, make a clear plan with deliverables and timelines, and coordinate the execution of the projects by involving and activating several teams and internal and/or external stakeholders.

Project examples:

1. Setting up new clinical registries or adding new insights to our clinical registries in close collaboration with clinical boards of medical professionals,
2. Projects to improve our services e.g. by adding new features, analytics or ways of delivering the data
3. Advising our client counterpart on the status and future needs of their registry.

Our clients are medical professionals – most of the time MD’s. They very well know what they need to analyze in order to improve health care, but not how. The Junior Project Manager thinks along to scope projects according to the needs of the clients. You will be part of a young and ambitious team of (senior) project managers, and working closely with senior project managers, analysts, product owners and developers. We collect, process, and analyze patient-level medical data, to provide our users access to reliable insights. Within this business unit, the Services team makes sure the commitments made to our clients are delivered. Our services and products help hospitals to improve their quality of care, by providing data driven insights in their patient and clinical outcomes and costs of care delivered. Our team consists of purpose driven highly motivated analytical people committed to make a difference in improving healthcare. Almost half of the team members are medical doctors, and several have engineering and science backgrounds.

The potential for improvement in health care value is enormous, given the large variations that exist among providers in treatment decisions, cost of care, and patient outcomes. • You have 1-3 years of relevant working experience: e.g. (healthcare) project management, change, management or strategy consulting, worked as a Medical Doctor while having project management experience on side projects;
