Which types of personal data do we collect and for which purposes do we use them?
Data we collect when you contact us

In addition, we use your information for our legitimate interest of managing our internal administration and for complying with our legal obligations, such as taxation obligations.

Data we process when you apply for a job
When you apply for a job or traineeship via our website you will be asked to provide certain personal information such as your CV, diplomas and your marks. If you provide us with a link to your LinkedIn profile, we will also add the profile information to your application. You may be asked to provide further information in follow-up correspondence with us.

How long do we keep your data?

If your application has been rejected, the data will be retained for a period of four weeks after our decision and then deleted, unless you give us permission to use your personal data to inform you of any suitable vacancy or position in the near future. In that case, we will retain your data for one year.
With whom do we share your data?
